Wilson WindowWare
Wilson WindowWare, Inc. is a private company established
to provide automation software for advanced Windows
users and corporate PC administrators.
WindowWare was the first third-party (other than Microsoft)
software publisher to sell a Windows shell utility.
From that grew WinBatch, a scripting language for the
Windows operating system.
Corporate customers wanted a way to distribute WinBatch
scripting capabilities to PCs without WinBatch. This
function was included with WinBatch in WinBatch+Compiler.
The company is located in in its own building in a
Seattle city neighborhood overlooking Puget Sound and
the Olympic mountains.
