and WinBatch+Compiler.
Close on the heels of a major upgrade in 2001, Wilson
WindowWare introduces a second major upgrade for 2002.

New dialog editor speeds development of dialogs.
Dialogs use bitmaps for backgrounds, buttons and pictures.
Graphic file manipulation extender provides
50 ways to batch process lists of graphic files.

with security descriptors for networking functions and
new management objects.
Object collection support provides WMI system
inventory and configuration from WinBatch scripts.
New SysParamInfo function has over 150 desktop
manipulation functions. It gets and sets Windows desktop
parameters automatically.
New Feature Summary: Graphics,
Pictures, Dialogs
WinBatch dialogs now display bitmap images.
Display graphic data as a background skin, a picture,
or a button.
WinBatch text boxes now display bitmap images.
Use then in splash screens and informational dialogs.
Batch automate graphic file manipulation. Rotate,
sharpen, border, enlarge, reduce and use 45 other operations
on GIFS, JPEG's, and BMP's in lists or selected in the
Windows Explorer or any file open or save dialog.
AskColor and AskFont functions provide color
and font picker dialogs.
New Feature Summary: Windows
Network and Desktop Administration
Windows NT access and audit functions look up
service display names and service key names. It is now
possible to automatically change security settings on
NT services.
New system parameter function gets or sets 158
system parameters for accessibility, icon display, input
effects, menu display, power management, UI effects,
and window parameters.
Windows NT service functions now get service
data and instantiate services.
Group and user list functions allow progress
boxes while extender is gathering information. Useful
for environments where thousands of accounts require
time for enumeration.
New wntAcctList function performs rapid account
lookup for users, groups and machines.
Use new user defined functions that access global
variables from the parent script.
Use SID security identification descriptors
in 24 Windows network administration functions.
Access WMI and other OLE collection objects

It provides handy object alignment tools, 7 new controls,
new toolbar, color picker, font picker, calendar control,
dropdown combo boxes, spinners, and more.
Script capacity for user-defined-functions (UDF's)
doubled to 200.
No limits on number of functions permitted in
extenders.
Display of array contents improved in WinBatch
